The arbitration shall be confidential. The arbitration shall be conducted in Bucharest, Romania and performed by a single arbitrator, well-informed in Net and e-Commerce disputes. The arbitrator shall be ready to execute an oath of neutrality. The Arbitrator shall have no authority to award any punitive or exemplary damages; certify a class action;
